Okay, so it's not quite Better than Life. It may not even be Gumshoe. But even so, the wait for a Red Dwarf video game is finally over, as Red Dwarf XI: The Game has made its debut on iOS and Android!

Developed by GameDigits, Red Dwarf XI is an action-packed mobile game that allows players to take command of Red Dwarf, Starbug and the show's characters on their journey through deep space. The game features exclusive content written by Doug Naylor and will update with new missions throughout and beyond the release of Series XI!

You can get the game right now on the Google Play store for Android devices, and on the App Store for iOS. Check the individual stores for details of exactly which devices can run the game - it should work on a wide range of phones and tablets, but it's always good to make sure before you try and install it! Oh, and you should be warned that from the outset, the game features spoilers for episode one, Twentica.
